Biography

Despite her relative geographic isolation as the editor-in-chief of Vogue Australia, Centenera has forged a circle of highly influential celebrities and fashion insiders, including Kanye West and Justin O’Shea.

During her tenure at the publication, Centenera has styled some of Hollywood’s most notable names, including Cate Blanchett, Naomi Campbell , Cara Delevingne , Elle Fanning, Gisele, Kim Kardashian , Miranda Kerr , Lara Stone, Kate Upton and Gemma Ward, among several others. Notably, Centenera styled Kim Kardashian’s cover for Vogue Australia shortly after the reality star gave birth to her second child. Regularly photographed by the likes of the Sartorialist and Garance Dore, Centenera is increasingly admired for her own impeccable wardrobe.

Formerly the fashion editor at Harper’s Bazaar Australia, Centenera jumped ship to Vogue after 10 years. Though briefly affiliated with The Artist Group, Centenera also independently consulted for for Ksubi and Kanye West’s womenswear line before working as a stylist for Louis Vuitton under men's creative director Virgil Abloh . In late 2017, she and her partner Josh Goot launched Wardrobe NYC, a pared-back luxury direct-to-consumer clothing line offering 4- and 8-piece "uniforms" for men and women.

Today, Centenera describes her work at Vogue as a more multi-faceted project, with equal components of content being produced for print and digital. Centenera is currently represented by M.A.P Sydney. She has now relocated to New York.
