Jacob Elordi is an actor, best known for his role as Nate Jacobs on the show “Euphoria.”
Fashion’s buzziest show, HBO’s “Euphoria,” has led to the rise of several new stars, who are taking the industry by storm, nabbing brand deals and front row seats at fashion week. Elordi, who plays the tortured, mysterious and slightly evil high school hearthrob Jacobs, has emerged as one of the most talked-about of the “Euphoria” cast in fashion, earning him brand deals with the likes of Tag Heuer and Hugo Boss .
The Australian actor was born in Brisbane and dabbled in the film industry down under before he was cast in the Netflix romantic comedy "The Kissing Booth," which catapulted him to international attention. “Euphoria,” however, served as his big break. When the show premiered in 2019, it sent Elordi — and his fellow cast members — to the top of the zeitgeist.
Brands paid attention. Shortly after the show’s 2019 release, Elordi appeared in imagery for Calvin Klein , which ended up evolving into a full-blown campaign in the spring of 2021. Earlier this year, as the second season of “Euphoria” was airing on HBO, he nabbed a coveted fragrance deal when Hugo Boss named Elordi the face of the brand’s The Scent Le Parfum. (Such an honour is typically reserved for the likes of Hollywood megastars like Johnny Depp, the longtime face of Dior’s Sauvage fragrance.) The deals have kept coming even after the second season of “Euphoria” finished airing: In May 2022, he was named a brand ambassador for Tag Heuer.
Elordi has also made frequent fashion week appearances, sitting front row at Bottega Veneta in Milan and Saint Laurent in Paris earlier in 2022.
