Biography

The president of Korean fashion PR agency InTrend is well known for his “Midas touch.” Stylist to the major stars of Korea, his influence surpasses national borders, impacting trends across Asia thanks to the popularity of the Hallyu phenomenon.

Jeong has dressed top K-Drama, K-Cinema and K-Pop stars, from actor couple Jan Dong-gun and Ko So-young, to Korean band Girls’ Generation. In addition to dressing stars for the red carpet, he has also styled costumes for top dramas including, Kim Sun-a’s wardrobe in “I Do, I Do” and Lee Min-Jung’s look in “Big.”

Jeong believes that the key to his success lies in his honesty. “Unconditional compliments should never be on the list. You need to give truthful advice to make actors trust and follow you,” he told Korea JoongAng Daily. “[At that] moment, it could hurt, but being honest was how I could stay with my clients for such a long period.”
