Aeffe SpA is a company limited by shares Italian, founded in 1988, whose main activity the production and marketing of articles of clothing and accessories.

The origins of the group started in 1972, when the fashion designer Alberta Ferretti began working as a sole proprietorship.

The growth of the group over the years is accompanied by important collaborations with other designers such as Jean Paul Gaultier in 1995, Narciso Rodriguez since 1998 (collaboration ended in 2007 ), Rifat Ozbek from 2003 and Emanuel Ungaro in 2012 for the exclusive license for the production and worldwide distribution of the lines of women's clothing and accessories from the famous French fashion house including the involvement and decision-making power within the creative and strategic.

Currently, the group owns, among others, brands Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti, Moschino, Moschino Cheap and Chic, Moschino Jeans, Verdemare, and Pollini Studio Pollini.

In addition, it produces and distributes licensed brands Jean Paul Gaultier, Gaultier2, Blugirl, Authier and Basso & Brooke.
