Company Snapshot

At Stitch Fix, we're reinventing the shopping experience by delivering personalized style to our clients through a combination of data science and human judgment. The company was founded in 2011 by CEO Katrina Lake, who wanted to change the way people discover and buy what they love. Clients fill out a Style Profile and a personal stylist, supported by our predictive algorithm, uses the information to hand-pick pieces to fit the client's tastes, needs and budget. We mail the "Fix" directly to the client's door and clients keep what they love and send the rest back.

Today, Stitch Fix is a billion dollar business that employs more than 6,300 employees across the U.S. and has offerings for women (including Plus, Petite, and Maternity), men, and kids. We work with more than 1,000 brands, including more than 100 premium brands, like: Alice & Olivia, Helmut Lang, Kate Spade, Rebecca Minkoff, and Theory (for women) and John Varvatos, Steven Alan, Theory, and Todd Snyder (for men), plus premium denim brands like AG, Citizens of Humanity, JBrand, Joe’s Jeans, and PAIGE (for men and women). Stitch Fix also helps emerging brands grow and find new customers. We also offer our own Exclusive Brands.

In 2017, Katrina Lake became the youngest female Founder & CEO to take a company public, and Stitch Fix was also named one of Fast Company’s “Most Innovative Companies." Today we proudly serve 2.7 million clients around the country.

At Stitch Fix, we're redefining the future of retail one Fix and one client at a time. We don't believe the way people will shop 10 years from now is going to be a better store experience or better e-commerce. We believe personalization is the new paradigm shift for retail—and we’re leading the charge. Sound like the right fit for you? Come join us.
