Kanye West Eyeing Expansion into Homeware

Under his company Mascotte Holdings Inc., the rapper and fashion designer filed a trademark application on Aug. 27 for products including blankets, pillow cases, textile wall hangings and towels.

The potential foray into the homeware market, a growing area of interest and sales for fashion companies, comes after West released his new album Donda in August and dropped the first products from his long-awaited collaboration with Gap in June.
