Vanguards is the group behind European brands Nanushka, Aeron and Sunnei. The company was established last year to provide its portfolio of brands commercial, operational and strategic guidance to allow founders to focus on creativity. Vanguards is recruiting for a director of merchandising and a global wholesale director in London, and a sales manager in New York.

The sustainable sportswear brand, Vivida Lifestyle, creates travel-friendly, eco-conscious products in womenswear, menswear, swimwear and activewear, from neoprene swimsuits to helmets, ponchos and yoga pants. Launched in 2016, it seeks a marketing and e-commerce director and a merchandising and operations coordinator to work remotely.
