Elite World Appoints CEOs
Elite World has named Christophe Chenut as chief executive officer and Chris Gay as co-chief executive officer. Prior to joining Elite World, Chenut held senior positions at DDB, L'Equipe and Lacoste whilst Gay spent the past three years as president of The Society Management, a division of the Elite World Group.
Marks and Spencer Chairman to Retire
Robert Swannell, chairman of Marks and Spencer Group, has announced his plans to retire in 2017 after six years in the position. Swannell was appointed as a non-executive director in October 2010 and became chairman in January 2011. His successor has not been announced.
Fruit of the Loom Appoints CEO
Fruit of the Loom has named Melissa Burgess-Taylor as chairman and chief executive officer, succeeding Rick Medlin, who recently passed away. Burgess-Taylor joined the company 17 years ago and was most recently senior vice president of brand management and sales.

Lululemon Names EVP Retail Americas
Lululemon has promoted Celeste Burgoyne from senior vice president, retail, North America to executive vice president, retail, Americas, effective immediately. Prior to joining Lululemon she was senior director of stores for Abercrombie & Fitch.
French Fashion Federation Hires Legal Director
Fréderic Galinier has been appointed director of legal, social and institutional affairs of the Fédération Française de la Couture du Prêt-à-Porter des Couturiers et des Créateurs de Mode. Before joining the French Fashion Federation, Galinier was a lawyer for the Paris National Opera.
