LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Grace Coddington Steps Down
Grace Coddington, longtime creative director at American Vogue, is stepping down from her role. The stylist, who began her career in fashion as a model and was hired by US Vogue editor Anna Wintour in 1988, will assume the role of creative director-at-large, working on several Vogue fashion shoots throughout the year, as she pursues projects outside the magazine. Her successor has not yet been named.

Adidas Appoints CEO
Adidas has named Kasper Rorsted chief executive officer, succeeding longtime boss Herbert Hainer, who has led the company since 2001. Rorsted, who is currently chief executive officer of consumer goods maker Henkel AG & Co, will join the Adidas board on August 1 and take over as chief executive two months later.

Miansai Announces New CEO
Barbara Cook has joined accessories brand Miansai as chief executive officer, with a focus to continue the company's growth trajectory through 2016. Cook comes from Hudson Jeans, where she was president. Prior to that, she was head of stores and operations for Gap North America.

Carolina Herrera Names VP of International Business Development
Carolina Herrera has appointed Cyrille d'Estienne d'Orves vice president of international business development, a newly-created position based in Paris. D'Estienne d'Orves has over two decades of experience working for brands such as Chanel and L'Oreal. Most recently, he was general manager of leather goods for Stuart Weitzman.

Topshop Digital Director Exits
Kate Walmsley, currently digital director at Topshop, is joining British high street brand Warehouse later this year as customer director. Walmsley's new position follows key appointments that have recently been announced as part of the brand's new direction, including board member and brand consultant Alasdhair Willis and design director Emma Cook.
