LONDON, United Kingdom – BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Mario Boselli Steps Down
Mario Boselli will step down from his role as president of the Italian Fashion Chamber on April 15. Boselli, 73, was first elected to the position in 1999, succeeding Santo Versace. During his lengthy fashion career, Boselli was president of Pitti Immagine and various textile organisations. At its next assembly, the Chamber's board of directors will name Boselli as honorary president. The board is now seeking Boselli's replacement.

Lands' End Names CEO
Classic American clothing brand Lands' End has appointed Federica Marchionni as its new chief executive officer, effective February 17. She succeeds current CEO Edgar Huber, who is resigning after almost four years. Marchionni is currently the US president of Dolce & Gabbana, a position she has held since 2011.

GQ Style Promotes Luke Day
Biannual men's title GQ Style has named Luke Day its editor. Day has held the role of fashion director at the publication since September 2010. Day makes his debut as editor in the spring/summer 2015 issue, which hits newsstands on March 19. Prior to GQ, Day was fashion director at Attitude magazine, then fashion editor at Arena Homme.

Issa Hires New Creative Director
London-based womenswear label Issa has appointed Jamie O'Hare as creative director, effective immediately. O'Hare, who succeeds Blue Farrier, has held the position of head of design at Issa since June 2013. O'Hare has held several design roles in Paris and Florence, including seven years heading up the See by Chloé team. His first collection as creative director will be showcased during London Fashion Week on February 22.

Monica Ross to Chinti and Parker
Luxury basics brand Chinti and Parker has named Monica Ross as managing director. Ross joins the British label after ten years at Burberry, where she was most recently vice president of digital commerce and was credited for leading through a sixfold increase in turnover since 2010. Her roles prior to this include director of concessions at House of Fraser and womenswear buying director at Selfridges.

Editor's Note: This article was revised on 9 February, 2015. An earlier version of this article misstated that Luke Day replaced Ben Reardon as the editor of GQ Style. He did not. Ben Reardon left GQ Style in 2013 and now holds the position of editor-in-chief of bi-annual men's publication Man About Town.
