Boohoo appoints ESG banking executive to its board. Kirsty Britz, director of sustainable banking at NatWest Group, will join the fast-fashion retailer’s board as a non-executive director. Boohoo Group executive chairman Mahmud Kamani said in a statement he hopes her experience will “ensure the board remains focused on making balanced and sustainable decisions.” The announcement comes after Boohoo has been under fire for various ESG violations, including forced labour allegations.
