LONDON, United Kingdom — BoF compiles the most important professional moves of the week.

Sonia Syngal Joins Old Navy
Gap Inc. has appointed Sonia Syngal global president of Old Navy. Syngal has been with Gap Inc. for 12 years, most recently as executive vice president of global supply chain and product operations at Gap Inc. Prior to that, she worked at Sun Microsystems and Ford Motor Company.

Estée Lauder's EMEA President to Retire
After 25 years, Ivan Fernandez is retiring from his role as president of Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Estée Lauder, effective August 31. Fernandez will be succeeded by Peter Jueptner, who is currently the company's executive vice president of strategy and new business development. A successor for Jueptner's current role has yet to be named.

Martine Reardon to Leave Macy's
After 32 years at the retailer, Martine Reardon will step down as chief marketing officer at Macy's on May 13. During her tenure, which began in February 2012, Macy's national marketing team has received honours including Emmy and Clio awards.

Nylon Names President and Chief Revenue Officer
Jamie Elden has been named president and chief revenue officer of Nylon, effective immediately. At Nylon he will oversee all operations, encompassing print, digital, content, social, e-commerce and events. Elden comes from Federated Media where he was chief revenue officer and head of entertainment.

Ashley Sargent Price Joins Abercrombie & Fitch
Abercrombie & Fitch has appointed Ashley Sargent Price senior vice president and creative director of marketing. Price will be responsible for all brands including Abercrombie & Fitch, Abercrombie Kids and Hollister. Prior to joining Abercrombie & Fitch, she was senior vice president of brand creative at J.Crew.

Tom Tailor Appoints CFO
Tom Tailor Holding has appointed Thomas Dressendörfer chief financial officer, effective July 1. He succeeds Axel Rebien, who is leaving the company by mutual agreement. Dressendörfer previously held senior finance roles at Straumann, The Nielsen Company and Procter & Gamble.

Ted Baker Hires Global Deputy Head of Creative
Ted Baker has named Michael Stephens global deputy head of creative, effective immediately. He joins from Liberty, where he was head of graphic design. Before joining Liberty, Stephens held roles at i-D magazine and Vice Media.
