Emily Weiss, founder and chief executive officer of Glossier, and Mandy Fields, chief financial officer of e.l.f Beauty, will expand Allbirds’ board of directors to eight experts.

With both of these additions, the board hopes to “gain the invaluable learnings Weiss and Fields bring with them from the beauty space’s unique knowledge of brand loyalty and consumer relationships,” according to a statement from Allbirds.

The board helps to “inform and direct as the brand prepares for the next stage of growth,” according to Allbirds.
