Chanel Appoints Kate Wylie as New Sustainability Chief

Wylie, formerly global vice president of sustainability at food and drink company Mars, will join Chanel in April before assuming her role as global chief sustainability officer and global president of the Fondation Chanel on July 1. She succeeds Andrea d’Avack, who is retiring in June, and reports to Chanel chief executive and co-owner Alain Wertheimer.
