Moda Operandi appoints CFO
Moda Operandi has tapped Kristina Sale for the role of chief financial officer. Salen, who replaces Hoddi Hafsteinsson effective March 1, will report to chief executive Ganesh Srivats. She joins the company from UnitedMasters, where she was chief financial officer and chief operating officer, and before that served as chief financial officer at Etsy.
Revlon names CEO
Revlon has appointed Debra Perelman to the role of chief executive, in a move that sees the first woman assume the role in company history. Perelman, whose father Ronald Perelman is a majority stakeholder in Revlon, was previously chief operating officer at the company.
Macy's appoints chief merchandising officer
Macy's has named company veteran Patti Ongman its chief merchandising, effective March 1, 2019. Ongman, who replaces Jeff Kantor, was previously executive vice president general business manager for the company's Home business.
Thom Browne hires global communications director
Matthew Foley, previously in charge of social media and content strategy at Thom Browne, has been hired to lead global communications for the company. As the new global director of communications, Foley reports to senior vice president of marketing Tomaso Galli.
