Co-chief executive officer David Neville is to part ways with Rag & Bone, making Marcus Wainwright the company's sole chief executive officer. Neville will remain a 'significant' shareholder and board member of the 14-year-old brand.
Judd Crane Joins Proenza Schouler
Proenza Schouler has hired Judd Crane as chief executive officer, succeeding Ron Frasch. Prior to joining Proenza Schouler, Crane held a four year tenure as director of womenswear and accessories at Selfridges. Before that, he was senior merchandising director at Pedder Group.
Burberry COO to Resign
After seven years as chief operating officer, John Smith is exiting Burberry Group Plc to pursue new interests, as he is exploring several leadership positions in fast-growing international businesses. Smith will step down from the board by summer next year.
Hearst Names VP Consumer Engagement
Hearst Magazines has appointed Michelle Spinale as vice president of consumer engagement, a new role within the company. She will report directly to senior vice president of consumer marketing, Liberta Abbondante. Before joining Hearst Magazines, Spinale held positions at the Spinale Group and Time Inc.
Vince Hires Executives
Tomoko Ogura is stepping down as Barneys's senior fashion director after 12 years, to join Vince, where she will take on the roles of vice president and brand director. Additionally, Terence Bogan has joined Vince as senior vice president of retail. Bogan comes from Holt Renfrew, where he held the position of vice president of womenswear.
Naomi Hewitt Leaves YNAP
A company official at Yoox Net-a-Porter Group SpA has confirmed the exit of Naomi Hewitt, the most recent in a slew of executive departures. The company's director of people and organisation resigned in April for personal reasons.
Booth Moore Joins The Hollywood Reporter
Booth Moore has been named senior fashion editor at The Hollywood Reporter, and at Pret-a-Reporter.com, the company's digital style vertical. Moore joins the companies after a career at the Los Angeles Times where she served as the publication's longtime fashion critic.
