LVMH's Appointments to the Board of Directors
LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton is set to propose the appointments of Clara Gaymard and Natacha Valla to its board of directors at its general meeting on April 14. Gaymard has held numerous positions within the French Government and served as chief executive officer of General Electric France. Vallais joins from CEPII, an economic think tank, where she is currently deputy director.
Revlon CEO Steps Down
Revlon's chief executive officer Lorenzo Delpani is leaving the company, effective immediately. He will remain on the company's board and serve as an adviser. The announcement comes after Ron Perelman, Revlon's controlling shareholder and chairman, said he would seek strategic alternatives for the company. The cosmetics maker has also promoted executive vice president Gianni Pieraccioni to chief operating officer.
Ralph Lauren Global Brands President Exits
Christopher Peterson, president of global brands at Ralph Lauren Corporation, will step down from his role as of May 31. His position, which was created in April 2015, is being eliminated. Since joining the company in 2012, Peterson has held positions including executive vice president, chief administrative officer and chief financial officer.

Kering Appoints Human Resources Director
Kering has appointed Béatrice Lazat as human resources director, effective March 3. Taking over from Belén Essioux-Trujillo, Lazat will report to Jean-François Palus, managing director of Kering and will be a member of the group's executive committee. Lazat previously held HR roles at L'Oreal, Cartier and Christofle.
Michael Kors Names SVP of Digital & E-Commerce
Scott Zalaznik has been named senior vice president of digital and e-commerce at Michael Kors, effective immediately. Zalaznik comes from digital start-up xAd, where he was head of global retail. Prior to that, he spent 15 years at American telecommunications company Sprint.
Aeffe Group Hires Head Of Worldwide Communications and PR
Aeffe Group, parent company of Alberta Ferretti, Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini and Moschino, has promoted director of international public relations Carlo Mengucci to worldwide communications and PR director, effective immediately. Mengucci joined the company in 2010.
