The annual gala took place digitally last year, after a pandemic-induced delay. The event, normally held in early summer, will return on November 10, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) said on Monday. It will take place at The Pool and The Grill in the Seagram Building on Park Avenue and will be held in accordance with the Centres for Disease Control and New York state health guidelines, the CFDA said.
It’s the latest major fashion event to signal a return to an in-person format. Last week, the CFDA and IMG released the preliminary schedule for New York Fashion Week in September with the return of a largely in-person audience.

The schedule, which CFDA released in an official capacity with IMG for the first time, includes a lineup of stalwarts as well as young designers.
