Power Moves | 032c Names Fashion Director, Gucci’s New Structure

This week, Marc Goehring is promoted to fashion director of Berlin-based magazine 032c, while Gucci announces a new structure as its executive vice president Micaela Le Divelec exits.

032c names fashion director
Marc Goehring has been promoted to fashion director of Berlin-based magazine 032c. Formerly fashion editor, a post he has held since 2015, Goehring succeeds Mel Ottenberg, who will remain with the title as fashion editor-at-large.

Gucci's Reorganises, CCO Micaela Le Divelec exits
Gucci has announced a new structure as chief consumer officer and executive vice president Micaela Le Divelec exits after 20 years with the business. Effective March 1, the new model will see the business organised around four pillars: Merchandising and Global Markets, headed up by Jacopo Venturini; Indirect Channels, Outlet and Travel Retail, led by Piero Braga; Brand & Customer Engagement, under Robert Triefus; and Digital Business & Innovation, led by Nicolas Oudinot.

Gap president and CEO steps down
Jeff Kirwan has resigned his post as president and chief executive at Gap. Brent Hyder, currently executive vice president of global talent and sustainability at Gap Inc, will oversee the brand while the San Francisco-based retailer searches for Kirwan's replacement.

Fendi appoints chairman and CEO
LVMH has named Serge Brunschwig as Pietro Beccari's successor at Fendi. The new chairman and chief executive has worked at LVMH since 1995; most recently he oversaw Christian Dior's menswear unit. Beccari, who confirmed he would be leaving the Italian house last November, is now chairman and chief executive at Christian Dior Couture.

Polo Ralph Lauren taps Céline design director
Michael Rider has joined Ralph Lauren as senior vice president and creative director of the brand's Polo womenswear business. Rider joins the house from Céline, where he served under Phoebe Philo for almost nine years as ready-to-wear design director. He will report to global brands president Valérie Hermann.

J. Crew names president and chief experience officer
J. Crew Group has appointed Adam Brotman its new president and chief experience officer. He joins the fashion brand from Starbucks, where he was executive vice president of global retail operations and partner digital engagement. Brotman will begin his new role in March.

British Vogue names digital editor
Alice Casely-Hayford is joining British Vogue as its new digital editor. Previously fashion and beauty director at Refinery29, Casely-Hayford has also worked at titles including Hunger Magazine, Pop Magazine and Huffington Post. She begins her new role on March 5.
