Glossier names new chief financial officer and chief commercial officer. Seun Sodipo, who was previously the head of product finance and strategy at Stripe, will take over as chief financial officer next spring, Glossier said Tuesday. Sodipo succeeds Vanessa Wittman, who has served in the role since 2019 and is retiring. Cole Haan’s Kyle Leahy will join as chief commercial officer from Cole Haan, and Lululemon’s Kristy Maynes was named senior vice president of retail.

Vestiaire Collective shakes up its leadership team. The secondhand fashion company named Klemen Drole — who previously managed data, internal systems and security teams at e-commerce group Lazada — chief technology officer, and product and data officer; digital marketing veteran Arnaud Collin chief revenue officer; and Bernard Osta, who worked at Lazard and Goldman Sachs, chief strategy officer. The new leadership team will report to Maximilian Bittner, chief executive and chairman, as Vestiaire targets expansion.

Hugo Boss reorganises its senior management team. In a bid to revamp the German brand, Daniel Grieder, who took over as chief executive in June, named Swarovski’s Judith Sun managing director for Greater China; former Ralph Lauren executive Luigi Boiocchi lead for a newly created emerging markets and Russia unit; and Christopher Koeber head of shoes and accessories operations after his arrival from Tommy Hilfiger last month. This comes after Hugo Boss raised its full-year outlook last month after seeing its third-quarter earnings rebound.

Depop names Francois Callens chief operating officer. Callens joined Depop as chief financial officer in 2020. In his new expanded role, he will lead marketplace operations, business operations and strategy, while continuing to oversee finance and compliance. He will report to chief executive Maria Raga. Prior to Depop, he led finance and expansion at members-only travel club Voyage Prive.

Express names Rachel Zoe lead style editor of its new community commerce program. The stylist and creator of The Zoe Report (which was acquired by Bustle in 2018), will guide and recruit “style editors” — essentially brand ambassadors — for the Express Community Commerce program. The program, which will let style editors style and sell product as well as earn commission, had a limited pilot launch in July and is set to roll out nationally.

La DoubleJ appoints chief brand officer. Julia Leach — who has worked with brands including Apple, Beautycounter and Ralph Lauren — will join the Milan-based lifestyle brand in the newly created role as it revamps its marketing and content in a bid for expansion. LaDoubleJ founders J.J. Martin and Andrea Ciccoli also announced the hiring of Luca Voarino, managing director, and Jeanne Labib Larmour, design director.

Jordan Henrion joins Zadig and Voltaire as director of communications and image. The industry veteran, who worked in communications and social media for brands such as Kenzo and Saint Laurent, as well as media firms Editions Jalou and Ykone, will be charged with accelerating Zadig and Voltaire’s global expansion. The brand said it has strong growth ambitions, particularly in China. He will report to chief executive Rémy Baume.

Designers Christian Roth and Eric Domège step down from Christian Roth. The two had remained as exclusive design consultants for the luxury eyewear label for six years after selling to DITA Group in 2015.
