The cosmetics giant’s new Los Angeles area HQ will gather teams from its California-based brands — NYX, Urban Decay and Pulp Riot — on one campus, and host the first-ever West Coast L’Oréal Professional Products Academy which will be a gathering place for the professional beauty community as well as an education hub.
