This week, we are pleased to introduce three new partners on BoF Careers.

Launched in 2016, Boy Smells’ co-founders and life partners Matthew Herman and David Kien sought to embrace the fuller spectrum of identity within their personal care lines. Previously sold in over 300 locations worldwide, Boy Smells pivoted to a D2C business model during the pandemic — with e-commerce now making up 50 to 75 percent of their business. Boy Smells is recruiting for a director of operations in Los Angeles.

The Level Group is an e-commerce partner that specialises in building and managing end-to-end online experiences for luxury, design and fashion brands, including Vivienne Westwood, New Balance, Stuart Weitzman and LN-CC. Based in Milan, the group offers services across the entire e-commerce value chain, including end-to-end e-commerce capabilities, creativity and web design, digital production, marketing techniques, and more. The Leve Group seeks an e-commerce manager, CRM specialist and more.

Omnes is a women’s fashion brand with a focus on sustainable and ethical products. Launched in 2020, the brand’s design studio is based in West London. Working closely with global producers, Omnes offers transparent profiling on the factories they use across Portugal, Turkey, Romania and India. Omnes is looking for a creative content producer in London.
