The Colombian-born singer-songwriter is the face of Versace’s Men’s Spring/Summer 2022 campaign. It’s the first time Maluma has fronted a campaign for the luxury brand.

The reggaeton star described the tie up as a “dream come true” to continue “representing Colombia globally through music, fashion and much more.”

“Fashion is one of my biggest passions outside of music and being part of Donatella’s vision, and the Versace family, is an honour,” he added.

The campaign photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott features the singer wearing tailored looks in bold colours as well as a baseball jacket embroidered with the brand’s logos. The imagery includes photos of the singer alongside his dog, Buda.

This is not the first time the brand and the 27-year-old star have collaborated. Maluma has frequently worn Versace for red carpet events, including 2021′s Met Gala. There, he walked the red carpet with Donatella Versace and wore an all-red, cowboy-inspired leather two-piece suit.
